I would like to start a thread for neurology residents/fellows who have an interest in pain management as well as pain medicine fellows/attendings who have a neurology background.
Please feel free to share your experience and thoughts regarding neurologists and pain medicine.. being in practice & taking care of many patients with acute & chronic pain conditions (which accounts for a BIG portion of any neurology practice), I can see us contributing to the field in a very positive way. I do have a big interest in pain medicine.. hopefully will apply for pain fellowships next year.
