pain physician in Phoenix, AZ area?

I have a patient moving to the Paradise Valley area of Phoenix. Does anyone have any recommendations for a pain physician she could see there? She is not on opioids. I have been prescribing gabapentin and cyclobenzaprine. Most recent treatments have been cervical facet joints injections and piriformis injection. She would be a candidate for cervical RFL, but we opted not to try it now as she is moving in 12 days.
