Interventional Pain Management Practice in New York City looking to add another pain physician. Primary office location would be in our new, state of the art Staten Island office. This is a private practice setting with 6 physician and 6 midlevel practitioners. Anesthesia training preferred, but will consider PM+R trained. Fellowship training required. Weekend hospital coverage 1:8-12 weeks, which consists of rounding on inpatient service, usually consisting of 3-5 consults. Heavily interventional practice in one of the most modern, high tech offices in the county.
Position is available July 1st, 2016 but we can wait until September at latest. New opening is available secondary to practice growth.
Candidates must have completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship (or equivalent) in pain management and a valid NYS medical license. Must be board-certified/eligible in anesthesiology and hold a valid DEA license. New fellowship graduates welcome ( Must be in or have completed ACGME accredited pain management program). In addition, physicians must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced atmosphere.
