Which programs are useful for medical students? Free preferably, but not opposed to paying for a few. Also, any other things non-medically related that you might find useful/fun? Thanks! Am new to the whole PDA thing.

Epocrates (the free version), Johns Hopkins ABX guide, Steadmans medical dictionary (not free, unfortunately), and whatever else you can find free - I've got about 128 MB of free medical stuff on my palm
