My group is looking for an anesthesiologist to join our practice. In terms of fairness, it is the best you can hope for. You make exactly what all the partners make on day one, so no buy in at all. After one year, you will be eligible to have a vote in group decision making as a full partner. We do pretty much everything except transplants and neonate. Peds is mostly healthy bread and butter. We all do cardiac but do not require tee cert or fellowahip. About 3 calls per month. Between 8-11 weeks vacation. Pm me if you're interested for more info.
