Partnership track position near Chicago

We have another opening in our anesthesia group located in the SW suburbs of Chicago. Practice at one location, a community hospital. Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gyn, vascular, thoracic, OB, minimal healthy peds; no neuro or trauma. Mostly doing own cases with infrequent CRNA supervision. Strong regional skills preferred. Very egalitarian group, pleasant working environment, good relationship with administration. Group members serve on multiple committees throughout the organization. Great work-life balance. Great benefits. Two years to partnership. Eight weeks PTO. Health insurance with funded HSA, paid malpractice, max pension plan. Extremely low group turnover. First call (in-house) Q15, second call Q15. Post first call day off. Starting salary $280K with some opportunity for additional compensation. Increased salary and PTO weeks when partner.
