few more questions:
A) which pathogen is commonest cause of community acquired bacterial pneumonia in U.S.?
1)haemophilus influenzae
2)streptococcus pneumoniae
3)klebsiella pneumoniae
4)pseudomonas aeruginosa

B) Coagulase production in staph aureus is important in pathogenicity because:
1)it establishes cellulitis
2)it establishes typical abscess
3)allow organism to adhere tightly to tissue

C) common location of atherosclerotic induced aneurysm:
1)arch of aorta
2)coronary artery
3)abdomoinal aorta
4)thoracic aorta

please help with these questions!

please help with these questions!

A-community aquired pneumonia------ 3 main causes of community based pneumonia-----
strep pneumoniae ,haemophilus influenzae, staphylococcus aureus
as the question specifically says community acquired bacterial pneumonia -- the ans should be strep pneumoniae

B-coagulase production ------------allows organism to adhere tightly to tissues
extracellular enzyme, coagulase, that converts fibrinogen to fibrin aided by an activator present in plasma Production of a surface-associated protein known as clumping factor or bound coagulase that reacts with fibrinogen. Clumping factor is easily detected within a few seconds

C-common location -------------------abdominal aorta

anyone please help with these questions.......!!!!!!!
