pathology boards and washington manual for pathology

Did anybody use the Washington Manual for Patholology for their path board studies? If so, was a good source for the AP part of the boards? Thanks.

I flipped through it about year before I took the boards. It's a quick read. However, it really is not detailed enough for board study. I did think it was helpful in identifying areas I was weaker in so that I could do more focused review from other sources.
