I like to supplement the text from Goljan with pics from webpath.

Robbins (aka the "Bible") can't be beat for Path; however, it would be highly impractical to read for the boards, seeing as how it weighs 22 pounds and is printed in 8 point font on paper nearly as thin as the King James Bible.

I haven't read the Goljan book...but i fail to see how you can effectively teach Pathology with no pictures.

Summary: Get some Board Review books.

Goljan's "Rapid Review Pathology" contains photos and a CD-ROM & has duplicate material as the Goljan notes.

Goljan is the best, and cannot be compared with anyone else, by the way.
