which type of lung cancer is most common in smokers and which type in non smokers.
also route of metastasis of lung cancer.-at some places written lymphatic and at other places written hematogenous.

i would have to say that small cell carcinoma is most common amongst smokers.. as far as nonsmokers/women i remember seeing adenocarcinoma(bronchoalveolar)...and the main route of metastasis i would think would be lymphatics...i remember seeing something like "and it will eventually reach the lymph nodes" so i thats i would i would think lympahtics....hope this helps:thumbup:

smokers- primarily end up in small cell lung ca
non-smokers- adenocarcinoma
