Is Pathology AP/CP now 4 years or is it still 5? If it is 4 years where did you get that info.?

It's 4 years now. My source is a guy who just matched into Path three months ago. I trust him. I'm sure that the Path Assoc of Your Mama has it on their webpage, too.

I believe this shift to a 4 year residency will make path more attractive to those on the fence. I think this and other factors will increase the number of US seniors applying to pathology over the next few years.

The job and fellowship situation the year that two classes graduate at the same time is going to be interesting.
