Ok, the problem is that I was hoping to be able to deal with lack of interaction and first line decision taken. But I am getting sadder every day, I miss talk and counsel patient. I really do.

If you aren't on the Pathology subreddit you should be. There are a couple of posts somewhat recently that talk about burnout and the difficulties of first year versus what comes later. It's not an overly active subreddit but it's responsive when needed. Or maybe, they'll confirm for you that FM/IM is the way to go and have suggestions.
