Can anyone recommend a site that is good for Path cases? Presently, I'm trying to study cases for Respiratory.

without a doubt, the best source for pathology questions is robbins review of pathology. a new version just recently came out. it has 1100+ boards style questions that are quite challenging.

you can also try webpath, which has great slides. there are questions there, which i think are not as good, but worth going over if you have time.

WebPath is a great site to look at pictures. For actual cases, Robbins Review is an excelent source. I always do the chapters for each block as a review before the exam. I use the first edition though, so I can't comment on the second one specifically. Although I haven't used it much, UCV has 2 volumes of pathology cases.
