I mean if your patients did their research and know what they have then all you have to do is just give them what they want. It's the path of least resistance for everyone. Make everything OTC and sterile surgical kits so people can watch youtube videos and operate on each other. Most people already know what they want going in to a doctors office anyway. If they don't get what they want then on the review site they don't check the box "The physician made the correct diagnosis"

"Health care needs to be redesigned..." This is the kind of rambling that you get from San Francisco academics...
