We use a crazy probability scale. Weighted items include:

> 5 allergies
> 3 phone notes
> 3 surnames/hyphenated name

Also points for presence of any of the following diagnoses:
-Fibromyalgia
-Chronic fatigue syndrome
-Restless legs syndrome
-Gluten intolerance
-CRPS

On that note, gastroparesis seems to be extremely comorbid with bipolar and borderline personality disorders.
