I googled but found no answer for this question... so hope you can help me out here: Does PharmCas give out fee waiver for PCAT like AAMC gives fee waiver for the MCAT? If yes, how can I obtain it?

Not sure exactly what you're talking about, but PharmCAS doesn't pay for your PCAT testing fee. They are separate organizations.

PharmCAS has a fee waiver for their application service; scroll down on this page: http://www.pharmcas.org/applicants/fees.htm to find it (under Fee Waivers). I am not familiar with any similar fee waiver available for the PCAT. If there is one, it would come from Pearson, the testing company that administers the PCAT.
