Question:

Do pharmacy schools ever accept an MCAT test score instead of a PCAT? Also, can one prepare thoroughly for the PCAT by studying for the MCAT? Just wondering...

I don't know about MCATS in place of PCATS, but I can tell you this... I bought the Kaplan PCAT book and it was an obvious rip off of their MCAT book... they even occasionally forgot to edit correctly and left in direct refernces to the MCAT (number of sections, writing sample, things like that). So feel free to use your old MCAT books to study, it can't hurt... but learn the outline of the test from the PCAT people directly and maybe buy the Barrons study book.. it was pretty good on everything but the math (the math on the real exam is harder) and they messed up on section's alloted times occasionally. Goodluck
