What type of attire for females? Given Philly weather, it may be hot and humid--can we wear capris and dressier top or sleeveless and dressier pants? Just wondering how strict they are. I see men have to wear ties so I am wondering if women have to wear slacks and collar shirts.

Given the weather we've been having lately, it'll probably be hot, humid and raining. I'd go for dressier top and capris since the photos will probably only show the top half of you.
