PCT Interview Question: Why Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center?

Hi all! I'm interviewing at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center tomorrow for a Patient Care Technician role, and wanted to have a strong answer to "why BIDMC?". My boss recommended I apply here because I already work at BWH and we are partner hospitals, but wanted to ask if anyone had positive experiences at BIDMC that would help me shape my answer. Thanks!

Go on the hospital's website, look at their mission statement, read news stories or updates on the website about some of the work they're doing in the community or to improve staff and patient care, find something that resonates with you.
