Hi all, just a couple of questions regarding PDAs. I'm getting ready to buy either a Palm Tungsten T5 or a Dell Axim x50-- overall, they seem pretty comparable but here are my concerns:

1. Palm is offering a free WiFi card with any T5 purchase. I'm wondering if there are major problems associated with having WiFi as an add-on-- bugs, low memory, etc?

2. The Dell Axim has a removable battery, while the T5's battery is not removable. Has anyone had problems with a Palm PDA battery dying completely? Is one type really preferable?

Thanks!

If you're thinking of a Tungsten T5, just wait a month or two. The new Tungsten T model is coming out (T6 v. Txx). It will have built-in Wifi, better screen, etc.

I have never had a problem with a Palm battery dying. My friend, who bought my original Palm Vx from many years ago, still uses that one today with the original battery!
