pediatric ophtalmology fellowship

I have applied to pediatric ophthalmology fellowship programs. I have three invitations up to now, I have got no information from 10 program. They have not sent any email up to now. I would like to be sure about gettlng a lnvltatlon or not. I am going to come these invitations from a far away country. I am not sure is it worth to come for three programs or not. Is it ethical to ask program what they think about my applicaton ?

Time will likely tell, more invites may come in the next week or two. But if you are pressured to purchase a flight right now, perhaps you can reach out to them and let them know you are traveling from abroad and are inquiring as to whether their invitation has been sent yet so you can schedule your plans appropriately.
