penn state "continue to review"?

anyone else get a letter saying their application will be classified as "continue to review"?

anyone know what this means as far as chances of getting an interview?

I got that letter a few days. My best guess is that they are simply letting you know you were not selected for their current round of interviews. However, I think it is really a polite way of saying, ?We think you are a so-so candidate.? Of course, I could be wrong?
