If you are attending PCO, can you tell me what do you like the most about PCO ?

How should I answer this question " What is it about yourself that makes you an outstanding applicant to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry ? " Here's what i have in mind.

1. Leardership skills.
2. The ability to work with ppl from different backgrounds and different cultures.
3. Four years of exp' in the profession of optometry.
4. ????
5. ?????

I need help with 4 and 5.

I don't think any of us really know you well enough to suggest reasons why you're an outstanding applicant. ;)

I think what they're really looking for there (in addition to the more generic stuff showing you know the profession well) are things about you that set you apart from other applicants and make you a good addition to round out their student demographic. Try to think of things that make you an "interesting" candidate -- for example, do you have an anecdote that describes what makes you with people of different backgrounds/cultures? "Growing up in sub-saharan Africa, I...", etc.
