Pepperdine Vs. California Lutheran University

I was accepted into both Pepperdine and Cal Lutheran's Marriage and Family Therapy programs for Fall 2010. I am having a very hard time deciding between the options. I would love any feedback from students who have gone into these programs. Also, if you could share how you went about paying for the program that would be great as well. Thanks ahead of time for your help.

I did not attend either of these programs but I can say that Pepperdine's campus is so incredibly nice that it would be hard to turn it down =]=]

But you have to live in the Malibu area which is $$
