Hello all,
I've been speaking to some employers and most are billing per visit, however I encountered one CMHC that says that they are paid a per member per month rate and hence do not emphasize number of contacts rather quality. Just wondering how such a metric is measured as the patient population seems to be pretty severe/Medicaid and so I don't think this is similar to concierge service that some places offer. How would compensation be decided? How can I make sure they wont be hitting me with a bunch of 15min appts?
