percentile

I was just wondering if anyone knows whether the percentile range that our score correlates is the percentile from all test takers or just the ones who had the same form as us? Because, I think that our actual numerical scores are based upon the percentile, and if that is the case then it should depend on the form to make it fair for everyone.
I would appreciate any answers from you guys.

The percentile score is for all test takers but your score is based upon the questions that you answered.
