Perio Jobs--Geographic Areas

Hi. I have a question about where you could find a job as a new graduate of a perio program. In the midwest, how difficult it would be to find a job in perio in the state you want? Put in other words, what is the likelihood that you would have to move a half of a state or more away to find a job as a periodontist?
