what part of the PDL is responsible for reattachment?
cementum
gingival fibers
alveolar proper
dentogingival

also

skeletal open bite on a lateral ceph does it have

short ramus
short mid face

1. I think it is cementum (coz in orthodontic movements the cementum is deposited )
I may be wrong but can you (skabbaraju) explain your choice.

Cementum is definitely for attachment purposes but "reattachment", I thought since dentogingival fibers are part of the epithelial ligament, they might play a role.
You could be right though.

Cementum is the main responsible for re-attachement..it's his reparative function!!
