Hi all,

I'm in the market for a loupe light. I have my eye on the PeriOptix's MicroLine Solaris mini LED Headlight. I hear you can replace the battery super cheap (like $25 at RadioShack), and it's pretty light weight (6.9 g). I also vaguely remember trying them on at a convention and thinking they seemed good, but it's been awhile. Has anyone used these or have any other recommendations? I would probably be putting them on safety glasses since that is what I use the most. Would love to get a light for student pricing before I graduate.

Thanks

I know everyone's very pro-lumadent and ultralight. I'm considering those as well. However, if perioptix is a good light, I'd love to save money on batteries in the long run.

Hey man I know this is a bit off topic, but do you know if Perioptix's loupes are good or not? I was looking to buy one of those legacy ones.
