does that make any difference
how many intl.students do u think have permanent resident status

some schools don't sponser student visa's like UDM,University Buffallo...another thing permanent residents get federal loan.....
apart from this ....... I think all the international programs in various schools may differintiate based on permanent resident or not...... it's just my thought...
