So in Master the Boards Step 2 on the bottom of Page 51 it says that Positron Emission Tomography is a "less reliable but probable risk factor" for CAD.
I've searched everywhere and can't find anything linking the two. I also have never heard anything of the sort throughout med school. Only thing I can find is the use of PET scanning in evaluating CAD, but nothing that says it's a risk factor.
Anybody have any thought about this?
