Hello everyone, I am a PGY-1 in psychiatry interested in switching to general surgery but I have no idea how to go about this process. I have looked at residency swap and saw a couple of positions on there but not sure if I should contact a PD directly. Is there anyone else on here who may want to do a swap with me? Very confusing process and would appreciate any help or advice. Please feel free to reach out via direct message.
