Unexpected opening in a rising PGY-2 class as one of the members of our Founding Class is transferring programs to be closer to family and significant other. We are a 3 year Emergency Medicine Residency Program in the HCA West Florida GME Consortium at Oak Hill Hospital is seeking a candidate for the PGY-2 level. Start date is as early as July 1, 2019. Prior to start of residency, candidate must have a physician in training FL medical license. For information about our residency program, visit:

- Cover letter explaining your interest in this position, including why you are leaving your current residency program
- Current curriculum vitae
- 2-3 letters of recommendation (one must be from current residency program director)
- USMLE Step 1, 2 CK & CS, and 3 results
- In-Training Exam results, including PGY-1 year
- Current Procedure Log Report
- Medical school transcript
- Medical school diploma
- MSPE/Dean's letter
- Written verification of previous educational experiences
- Competency-based performance evaluation summary from PGY-1

Prerequisites: Successful completion of PGY-1 training in an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency program.
