pgy-4 psychiatry in Syracuse/Buffalo/Rochester.NY

Hi all,

Actually my husband is currently pgy-3 psychiatry in Pennsylvania, but due to personal reason he wants to do his pgy-4 in any nearby places like, Syracuse, Rochester, Albany, Buffalo, Utica,Elmira, Binghamton.Ny. Any one willing to swap or any clue about opening in PGy4 , please let me know.

Another doubt, i have that psychiatry has 4 years of residency,so is it possible to practice without completing 4th year? may be limited practice, i Know it sounds wierd, but just a possibility.

Please help us out. we are desperately trying for any open position or swap.
