Pharmacology Subject Test vs USMLE Step 1

Hey all:

I would like to know if the type of questions tested during NBME subject test of Pharmacology are representative of what the actual USMLE test will be like. I need to see if I should prepare towards those type of questions or more crazy "three step" thinking questions. In addition, do you guys think FA and USMLE world would be enough to cover pharm?Any help here would be much appreciated.

Will learning the extra drugs listed in Lippincott's Pharmacology boost my score or are 99.9% of the tested drugs in FA?
