Pharmacy Industry Jobs and Salary

I just wanted to know what kinds of things pharmacists do when they work for a pharm company? It sounds really interesting to me, but I am not so sure exactly what my day to day activities would be like. I know there are many branches and sections you can work in, so can someone please give me some insight? Also how are their salaries compared to retail/hospital?
