PharmCAS as a recipient, but does not show up

Hi guys, i've just registered for Jan PCAT. I chose PharmCAS as a score recipient following instruction by a Pharm school I am going to apply. But I do not see any recipient in my PCAT registration profile.
Does anyone have had that happen? I sent a message to PCAT consumer dept but they have not answered yet. Thanks.
