PharmCAS California Schools question

On PharmCAS there are a lot of schools in california that I have never heard of. I have been here all my life and just graduated from a UC, what are these schools and are they accredited? Is it worth applying to them to have a safety school?
Schools such as: California Health Sciences University, Keck Graduate Institute, West Coast University
Marshall B. Ketchum University is the only one on PharmCAS that states No ACPE status, but the other three do not have anything..does anyone have any expertise/information regarding applying and accreditation?

same for precandidate.. no ? At least candidate schools have same outcome as accredited schools ~
