Have an extra room in basement with king sized bed, dresser, tv, couch. This is in olde city, where all the historical stuff is. It's a great area filled with restaurants, bars, art galleries, coffee shops, etc. This is a recently redone condo, around 1600 sq ft. 1 bath, nice sized kitchen and a small patio. Has cable, wireless internet, and W/D. It's a 5-10 min walk to the market street line. I also have a very friendly black lab who is house trained.

The monthly rent with utilities is $750 per person. Available for temporary housing for away rotations, or on month to month basis. Available starting 5/17. Pictures available.
