Anyone I can expect to see around Summit this fall?

Im renting out a 1br in Summit Gardens for $725 incl utilities (except electricity)... there were no Studio's left in any of Summit's properties, and the 1br's in Summit Park were more $$.

I hope I made a good choice, Im renting this place without having been there. I really liked the community features... fitness club, pool and tennis court etc. I hope the plug us into high speed internet soon...
