from wat i cud understand from d question it's some kind of alveloar membrane disease...but since dat option is not there so my best guess is going to be emphysema....if d option 5 was alveolar membrane disease then i wud have gone wid dat...but out of the given options i wud go wid emphysema.....d reason y i am not choosing asthma is coz i think asthma wud not lead to chronic/permanent hypoxia in an individual...

and regarding d mineral which is cariostatic....i jus know abt fluride being cariostatic..it inhibhits d enolase enzyme in glycolysis cycle..

dats jus my opinion though.....if i m wrong i m sorry

right anser is alvelar me mbrane disease only.
stucture proble lead to hypoxia.
decrease diffusion
decrease flow mean increase resistant.i dont know anser but i make it from my basic,its never wrong.
