Hello,

I've just finished the first book for the Berkeley Review Physics Review. I've found the book to be great, but it seems that many of the passages ask common sense questions. I say this in that there doesn't seem to be a lot of math involved. It's only to understand the equations and how an alteration in the equation effects the unit as a whole. Does anybody else find this is true? I'm also wondering if the MCAT will be like this as well. Thanks!

Most of the section is definitely more qualitative than quantitative. I just took the MCAT in January and there was even less equations used than on the AAMC tests, although the feel of the section was the same, IMO. I took a look at Kaplan and BR PS practice and although it is good for content reviewing, it is awful for practice as they stress calculations far too much. Any math on the MCAT is very easy.
