Your best bet is probably to cold call / go into PT offices you are interested in working at and ask. You could also try job boards like career builder / indeed, I have seen postings for PT Aides before (sometimes the job title is slightly different). Thirdly, you could try looking at the hospitals / PT office websites as they often also post job listings on them.
