Moderate volume, extended care outpatient facility in SW Arkansas looking for an experienced, competent, either GP/FP/EM/IM physician who is a viable candidate for (limited or full) hospital staff credentialling. Base is paid plus a very competetive performance bonus quarterly with benefits, that should easily begin at around $200K/year, and could possibley exceed this by a substantial amount. This is a fee for service payment structed area. If physician works out, after three years, is oppurtunity to buy in as partner/owner. Physician must be able to work in an organized structure, open learn the business of medicine. No Hospital call anticipated.
