Medical Physician who wrote LOR used "non-official" letterhead - What should I do?

So a physician I shadowed wrote me a LOR. Interfolio shows that the letter totally checks out except it has a "non-official" letterhead.

So I contacted his office to see what this meant and they said he only uses a letterhead with his name/address/contact eg. there is no "official" letterhead for the office.

It is his own private practice, not a large hospital/ medical center/ university.

Is this likely to cause trouble? And if so what steps can I take to help ensure my app won't be held back due to this issue?

I am not sure why this would have gotten flagged. It should be okay as long as it has his information on it. Maybe contact Interfolio customer service to see what they say/recommend?

I think it depends. Interfolio may have a specific checklist, but individual schools may be more flexible, so you'll have to just contact the schools.
