Physics/Chem Scores Not Improving

Does anyone have tips on which materials to use to boost physics/chem score? I've been stuck at 125s and don't know what else to use to get better.

I've gone over all 10 chapters for TBR, TPR amplifires, SWB and online passages. I feel like every time I learn a new concept I keep forgetting the old, and it's really frustrating..
