physics course scheduling question

Hi guys. Well, I took the first physics this summer and got an A-. I've scheduled the second physics for the fall but due to some scheduling conflicts I might have to push it back to the spring. Does this sound like a big mistake; as in, will the discontinuity here hurt me?

I don't think this will be a problem. I've taken both and I thought they were completely different, almost unrelated courses. Physics II, at least where I took it, consisted mostly of electromagnetism and optics while physics I covers completely different things.
Plus you'll get some rest from physics.
