Physio. on the USMLE??

For those who have taken the USMLE Step 1,
how much Physio. did you see, and what types of questions were there?
What books would you recommend for Physio. review? The Kaplan Book has about 500 pages, which seems to be way too much! On the other hand, the 1st Aid seems to be too little! Any suggestions?

Reading BRS Physiology and doing a lot of practice questions for physio (I think that BRS now publishes a BRS physio question book; I didn't use it but I have heard positive reviews) is the best way to prepare for the physio part. Make sure that you memorize all of the high yield facts in First Aid physio too, there were a few questions that I got that were answered in the First Aid physio part but for some reason I chose to neglect that section of high yield .
