Picture for Columbia?

Does anyone know if Columbia requires a picture to be sent? I keep thinking that I saw somewhere that they said they wanted one, but I can't find where it said that. I think it was when I submitted the application, but now all I can find is the requirements listed as transcript, MCAT, and recs. Little help?

I know they wanted one last year. There was either a form you could download to send with the picture through the mail, or you could electronically upload your picture to the application. I don't know about this year.
