I know that for public schools, they tend to accept a great majority of in-state residents. What I am curious about is at what time do u have to be a resident of that state? can u send out ur applications, and then move to the state that the specific school is in, and then tell them that u are now an in-stater in ur interview? (I know these are prolly dumb questions, but I am just curious, I actually am not applying until this spring and have no plans to change my place of residence, I am just curious about how all this works).
